Amber, pumpkin roll is one of my very favorite desserts, but I never make them myself....I always wait for one to get made for me! Sometimes it doesn't happen. However, yours looks so delicious I might have to break down and actually make one this year!
I love Costco but I'm kind of jealous of Sam's since they sell the pizza dough and Costco doesn't do that. I make pretty good pizza dough myself, but it just looks so easy when you can buy it and freeze it and then pop out a soft pretzel or two! :)
