I've made the Oreo truffles and they are SO good! And the Nutter Butter Balls look like an easy way to make buckeyes. I do recommend using almond bark or candy melters instead of chocolate chips, though. I think they're tempered so they melt and don't re-solidify.
We made Oreo truffles this weekend too! We dipped half in white chocolate almond bark (my favorite) and half in regular chocolate almond bark (the boys favorite).

Yes, I used almond bark for all of them. It was on sale and I was lazy.
